Luis Balbino Arroyo Colón graduates after their day's five years by the Mayagüez Campus (RUM). The 16 year old graduated today, June 9, BS in Physics with an average of 4.00 points. His excellent academic performance earned him the award Luis Stefani Rafucci, the highest academic award is granted for acts of grade-school snack. He also received an award from the College of Arts and Sciences conferred to students of higher academic level. In addition, it awarded the Enrico Fermi Award as best student of the Physics Department.
